Privacy Policy

Article 14: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to
access, rectify, oppose, and delete your personal data. By accepting these Terms and
Conditions, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purpose of fulfilling this
contract.
By entering your email address on any site within our network, you agree to receive emails
containing information and promotional offers related to products published by the Company
and its partners. You may unsubscribe at any time by simply notifying us via email.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in
the context of the online sale of products offered by the Seller.

Article 2: General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all sales of products made through the
Company’s websites and form an integral part of the contract between the Buyer and the
Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time by publishing a new version
on its website. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of payment (or first
payment in the case of multiple payments).
Acceptance of these T&Cs is confirmed by a checkbox and a click to validate.
The Client declares having read and accepted all the provisions of these Terms and
Conditions, and any specific conditions related to a product or service, without reservation.
The Client confirms that they have received the necessary advice and information to ensure
the suitability of the offer to their needs.
The Client declares being legally capable of entering into a contract under French law, or duly
authorized to represent the person or entity they commit on behalf of.
Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by the Company constitutes proof of all
transactions.

Article 3: Prices
Product prices listed on the websites are shown in Euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding
specific shipping fees. Shipping fees are calculated as a flat rate based on destination (France,
EU, non-EU) and displayed on the order page.
For products shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or other local taxes may
apply. These charges are not the Seller's responsibility and must be paid by the Buyer. The
Buyer is solely responsible for making the necessary declarations and payments to the
appropriate authorities.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time for future sales.
Telecommunication costs to access the Company’s websites and any applicable delivery
charges are the responsibility of the Client.

Article 4: Online Contract Formation
To place an order, the Client must follow a series of steps specific to each product offered by
the Seller. These steps include:
– Information on the essential characteristics of the product
– Product selection, options if applicable, and entering essential client information
(identification, address...)
– Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
– Order review and correction if necessary
– Payment instructions and completion
– Product delivery
The Client will receive an email confirmation of the order and its payment.
Ordered products are for personal use only and not for professional, commercial, or industrial
purposes.
For delivery, the address provided by the Client will be used. Deliveries are not made to
hotels, post office boxes, or mail drops.
In accordance with Article 1316-1 of the French Civil Code, the Client agrees to provide
accurate identification details.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the case of an abnormal request, bad faith,
or other legitimate reason.

Article 5: Products and Services
Essential characteristics of products, services, and prices are available on the Company's
websites.
The Client confirms having received all necessary details, including delivery fees and
payment conditions.
The Seller agrees to fulfill orders within available stock limits. If not available, the Client will
be informed.
Product illustrations or photos are not contractually binding.
The validity period of offers and pricing is stated on the website.
In accordance with legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects, the Seller will replace
or refund defective or non-compliant products.
To request a refund, send a claim to [email protected] within 2 calendar days of
receiving the product.

Article 6: Retention of Title
Products remain the property of the Company until full payment has been made.

Article 7: Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to the address provided during the order process and within the
indicated time.
Any parcel returned due to incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at the Buyer’s
expense.
The delivery time does not include order preparation time.
A contact number (charged at local rate from a landline) is provided in the order confirmation
email for tracking.
Upon delivery, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client. If the original packaging is
damaged or opened, the Client must check the contents and refuse the parcel if items are
damaged, noting the reason on the delivery slip.

Article 8: Availability and Presentation
Orders are fulfilled based on stock availability. In the event of an unavailable item, the Client
will be informed immediately and may cancel the order, request a store credit or a refund.

Article 9: Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. Payment can be made via PayPal.
Cards issued by banks outside France must be international cards (Visa or MasterCard).
Secure online payment is handled via PayPal.
Banking data is encrypted and never shared with the Seller.
Once payment is initiated, it is debited immediately after verification.
As per Article L.132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, payment by card is
irrevocable.
By providing their banking information, the Client authorizes the Seller to debit the indicated
amount. The Client confirms they are the lawful holder of the card.
In case of error or inability to charge the card, the sale is automatically canceled.

Article 10: Returns and Exchanges
You have 14 working days from the delivery date to return an item for exchange or refund.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the Client.
After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original, complete, and intact condition. The Seller reserves
the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Article 11: Intellectual Property
All trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts, and more generally
all elements subject to intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Seller.
No intellectual property rights are transferred through these T&Cs.
Any reproduction, partial or total, modification, or use of these items for any reason is strictly
prohibited.

Article 12: Force Majeure
The Seller’s obligations will be suspended in the event of a force majeure or unforeseen
circumstance that prevents execution. The Client will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 13: Severability and Contract Modification
If any part of this contract is deemed invalid, the rest remains in effect.
Contractual modifications are only valid if made in writing and signed by both parties.

Article 14: Governing Law
All clauses in these Terms and Conditions, and all purchase and sale transactions referenced
herein, are governed by French law.
