Appointments

• Do I need to make an appointment?

  Yes, the fitting is only on appointment.
  For a secular or religious dress, the appointment lasts an hour during which you will be taken care of by one of our style consultants who will accompany and guide you to determine your desires and find the perfect model for your day-in.

  If you want to discover the civil collection, the appointment lasts 30 minutes, you will also be accompanied by one of our style consultants, who can complete your selection and propose various associations to find the perfect look for the town hall.

• How many models can I try?

  At a first discovery meeting, you can try out about 6 models.
  Do not hesitate to send us the list of models you want to try in advance to save time when trying on.

• How far in advance do I have to come?

  For the ceremonial dresses, plan a first fitting 10 to 8 months before the wedding date, better anticipate if you want to have a little choice in the proposed slots.
  We can also offer a fast-track making under certain conditions (pregnancy, work abroad, moving...) do not hesitate to contact us.

  The models from our civil collection being made to order, we advise you to plan your fitting 2 to 3 months before the date of your wedding.

• Can I make an appointment to try on accessories?

  Our accessories are available directly on site (returns and/ or exchanges within 14 days), the appointments at the workshop are reserved for fitting of the collections of wedding dresses and civil only.

• What can I bring to a fitting?

  Prefer flesh or red underwear and avoid lace for your fitting day. You can also bring shoes if you wish, we also have a whole range at the showroom from FR37 to FR41.
  To make the dress easier to try on, please use light makeup (if possible without foundation or lipstick).

• How many people can I have with me?

  For space and privacy, you can be accompanied by up to three people.
  This will allow us to fully focus on your desires and needs.

• How many fitting sessions are to be expected?

  It will take us about 8 months to make your dress.
  Depending on the model chosen, several schemes are possible, always accompanied by the benevolent and personalized advice of our style advisors:

  • If you opt for a custom-made dress with customization, count 5 fittings. A retroplanning adapted to your availabilities will be proposed.
  • If you opt for half-measure, count 3 fitting. We will send you a personalized schedule.

  We deliver and finish your dress 2 to 3 months before the D-day.

  For any additional appointment, each request will be considered with the workshop and a quote will be communicated to you.

  Our civil collection is available ready-to-wear at the showroom and on our website, count about 6 weeks of making. No fitting appointments are required. However, we offer a retouching service for a fee if you wish.
